WARRANTY

 All jewellery and beads are guaranteed against faults. I will replace beads which are obviously faulty but I cannot be responsible for breakages which occur through wear and tear. If treated normally my beads should give you many years of enjoyment but lampwork beads although tough, are made of glass and can break if dropped.

RETURNS If you are not happy with your purchase from this site, please contact me straight away by email and return the item within 7 days. I am happy to rectify any problems or offer a full refund (minus postage unless item faulty). Please ensure items are returned as well packaged as they are sent to you and in a resaleable condition. I cannot however, for hygiene reasons, refund for earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights. PHOTOGRAPHY I do my best to make sure the photographs on my site are as true to life as possible. However all computers monitors are slightly different. I cannot guarantee the colours are exactly as you can see them. By agreeing to buy from this site you are stating that you understand and agree that this is the case.
